Management of AKI, CRRT, and complex glomerular diseases; comprehensive care for CKD; vascular access establishment/maintenance; pre- and post-kidney transplant management. Training in blood purification, simulated vascular access, and long-term follow-up of transplant recipients.
Advanced Nursing Practice Workshops
Critical Care Nursing: Focuses on advanced life support and monitoring for major surgeries. Operating Room Nursing: Centers on safety and coordination for complex procedures like robotics and transplants. Obstetric Nursing: Specializes in assisted reproduction and high-risk perinatal care.
Nursing Managementand Quality Control Enhancement Courses

Specialized Nursing Standardized Operation Training

All clinical and management training sessions are conducted in English. To ensure the quality of training, trainees should preferably possess fluent English communication skills. For non-English speakers, we recommend arranging for their own interpreter to facilitate effective communication.
The training schedule varies depending on the program type:
Clinical Training/Fellowship: Flexible timing. Personalized arrangements can be provided based on demand, ranging from short-term (e.g., several weeks) to long-term (e.g., several months).
Management Training: Typically consists of fixed 1-2 week courses, but can also be customized according to specific circumstances.
